## Shoyu Chicken Sauce

A thick but delicious sauce to cover chicken with.
|
|
|
|
### Ingredients
|
|
- Soy Sauce
|
|
- Brown Sugar
|
|
- Ginger
|
|
- Garlic
|
|
- Rice Vinegar
|
|
- Starch Slurry
|
|
|
|
### Preparation
|
|
Throw all ingredients into a croc pot and cook (Low for 4 hours or High for 2 Hours). The slurry is made afterwards and mixed into the sauce. |
